About Us

We are a growing directory of products containing No Milk, Lactose, Whey, Casein, Butter, Cream, Cheese or Other Milk Derivatives. For people with milk allergies, lactose-intolerance, high cholesterol, or who are on a post-cancer, low-fat, vegetarian, diabetic or other non-dairy diet.

OurNon-Dairy Grocery Shopping List is easy to print out and take to the store.

After years of struggling with seasonal allergies, my ENT specialist suggested eliminating milk from my diet because it traps the pollen in your body, intensifying allergies. It worked. However, it created a new problem because the American diet and grocery stores are based on dairy products. Over the last three years, I have struggled to live dairy-free because it was so difficult to find packaged foods and cooking supplies that do not contain milk.

Using my intensive research and searching numerous grocery stores and online grocers, I have built up a large list of milk-free products that fill my own pantry and refrigerator. When preparing some of these products and dishes, you can simply use soy milk and non-dairy butter as substitutes. When eating out, many meals can become non-dairy by simply asking them to subtract the cheese toppings, dressings or cream sauces.

Finally, I have posted my personal collection of all my favorite non-dairy foods on this site. Hope it helps make it easier for you to live happily, milk-free.

I am putting together a helpful packet of resources for my doctor for the next patient that had to hit this wall. I hope you don't mind but I have included your wonderful web site.. We are currently off of all dairy and gluten which is really hard because it is in everything and has just as many names. But I am making a list of items I find that are non-dairy and gluten free as well. Keep up the great community service.

THANK YOU! That sums it up. Not much more to say. My almost 5 year old daughter was diagnosed a year ago with dairy protein allergy. I just got internet access and found this wonderful resource. Up to this point I've been combing through every aisle of my local grocery to find anything and everything that she can eat. It's been a struggle and I've mostly overlooked a lot of these products since most of their counterparts are unacceptable.

I just visited your site and thought I would shoot a quick "thanks©. I am recently a dairy-free convert, and it is really difficult! More so because I am active duty and travel around the world. I do not have the traditional resources available to me such as great grocery stores! It is nice though being able to have resources on line that offer information and products. Your site was terrific. I really liked the pictures. It is amazing all the places dairy hides! Thanks again!
