Non-Dairy Approval Process

Each of our non-dairy foods, products, restaurants and recipes are considered to be safe for kids and adults with milk allergies and lactose intolerance. The products listed must be rigorously tested for quality, convenience and taste, before they can be approved by the Milk-Free Pantry.

The Milk-Free Pantry's board of directors adhere to strict compliance to our rules and standards. The following criteria must be met before a product can be approved as safe foods for a non-dairy diet.

  1. No Milk Ingredients - Contain No Milk, Lactose, Whey, Casein, Butter, Cream, Cheese or other milk derivatives.
  2. Convenience - Pre-packaged and whole foods that are easy to find at local grocery stores or online markets.
  3. Taste-Tested - Passes the taste test for flavor, texture and deliciousness by our panel of Milk-Free Pantry testers.

We are confident that you will find only the highest quality non-dairy foods and products listed within the Milk-Free Pantry.

The Milk-Free Pantry only approves safe, non-dairy foods for kids and adults with milk allergies, lactose intolerance or other dairy-free diets. Be aware that some brands may be safe, while others are not. Even different flavors of the same brand can vary when it comes to containing milk ingredients.
