A few years ago, my hairstylist told me about this product during a general conversation. She convinced me to try it when she said it tastes better than sour cream made with dairy and she was right. I had been searching for non-dairy substitutes for all of my favorites like cheese, milk, etc., that taste the same as or better than the dairy versions.
